Zoe Saldaña, Demi Moore, Eva Longoria, and Tilda Swinton were among the standouts on the red carpet, each bringing her own style, star power, and standout footwear to the evening.
From metallic heels to glove pumps and other interesting pointed styles, their shoe choices added another layer of polish to their red carpet looks.

Zoe Saldaña Pairs Chanel Florals With Sleek Jimmy Choo “Jenn” Slingbacks
Zoe Saldaña kept things chic and feminine in a black floral Chanel look paired with minimalist Jimmy Choo slingback sandals. I loved how the black Chanel dress looked chic and feminine, and the sleek Jimmy Choos made the whole look even more polished and red-carpet-ready.
Saldaña slipped into the Jimmy Choo “Jenn” slingback sandals, crafted in Italy from black velvety suede. The shoes had a minimalist two-strap design, with one slim strap across the toes and another at the back for a secure fit.
I liked how light and clean they looked, especially with the almond-toe and 4-inch stiletto heels. They added height and elegance without taking attention away from the dress. The pair is available for $895 at Nordstrom and Farfetch.

Earlier in May, Lily Collins wore metallic gold leather Jimmy Choo “Jenn” sandals with a textured gold dress by Carolina Herrera at the King’s Trust 50th Anniversary Celebration.
Zoe’s Chanel Cruise 2027 dress fit her beautifully, featuring a deep plunging neckline and a corset-style waist that shaped the look. The dramatic draped bow at the front added volume and even worked like hidden pockets, as seen when she posed with her hands tucked inside. Another bow detail at the back appeared in contrasting white for extra drama, while the skirt flowed down to her ankles.
Keeping the LBD from looking too formal, the orange-and-white floral prints added a livelier, more romantic touch. They also gave the look a nice spring-summer feel, making the classic Chanel silhouette fresher and more eye-catching on the Cannes red carpet.
Zoe finished the look with her hair in a sleek bun, showing off her Cartier ear pendant earrings. Her glam was polished but not overdone, with subtle smoky eyeshadow, fluttery lashes, and a neutral lip color.

Demi Moore Balances Balenciaga Drama With White “Duchesse” Glove Pumps
Demi Moore delivered some of the most stunning Cannes red carpet looks this year, and she closed out the festival in another striking head-to-toe Balenciaga moment.
She slipped into the trendy Balenciaga “Duchesse” pumps, crafted in Italy from supple white nappa lambskin leather. The style is Balenciaga’s sharp take on the growing glove-pump trend, with a deep U-shaped vamp and high-cut sides that closely contour the foot, similar to the sculptural silhouettes seen on Lily Collins’ black “Duchesse” pumps at PaleyFest and Jessie Buckley’s awards-season Balenciaga heels. I especially loved the asymmetrical pointed-square toes, which gave the pumps a sharp, architectural finish.
The shoes were finished with 3.5-inch, slightly curved heels that added height while keeping the silhouette sleek and modern. Small details, including the Balenciaga Paris logo stamped on the insole and two gold-tone studs on the outsole, added a subtle branded touch without distracting from the clean design. Demi’s white “Duchesse” pumps are available for $1,190 at Mytheresa and Nordstrom.

Demi paired the white pumps with a custom emerald green Balenciaga dress. It featured green gemstones forming the halter-neck strap, which doubled as a necklace, so extra jewelry wasn’t really needed here.
The column silhouette elongated her frame beautifully, while the fabric draped smoothly over her body, ending in a sweeping hem with a short train.
The look became even more dramatic with the voluminous, pale blue duvet-like cape, which ballooned around her like a cloud. It could have easily overwhelmed the gown, but instead, it added softness and major couture energy! I would have preferred the look without the white gloves, though. Still, Demi looked stunning with her sleek, straight hair and soft glam makeup.

Eva Longoria Adds Height and Shine in Metallic Santoni Platform Sandals
Eva Longoria dazzled from head to toe on the Cannes red carpet, stepping out in a shimmering Elie Saab Couture gown with towering Santoni sandals that added serious height to her petite frame.
Matching the shine of her dress, the metallic silver sandals had a crinkled finish that gave them a textured look, plus a wide strap across the toes and two slimmer buckled straps around the ankles, which is a signature Santoni detail.
Set on thick platforms and slim stiletto heels, the sandals gave Eva an instant lift! They were finished with the label’s signature orange soles, which added a luxurious finishing touch.

Eva paired the heels with an Elie Saab Spring 2026 Couture gown that was clearly made for a major red carpet moment like Cannes. The strapless neckline looked clean and structured, while the fitted waist beautifully shaped her figure. It then flowed into a long skirt, though I would have loved it slightly shorter so the fit looked even more tailored to her height.
Adding even more drama was the train attached to the back of the waist, but what really made the gown stand out were the gold and silver crystals arranged in a radiant sunburst-like pattern across the fabric.
Though the gown was already sparkling, Eva added even more shine with Garatti jewels, including a diamond necklace set with a Fancy Deep Green diamond, a bracelet set with a Fancy Intense Green diamond, and rings and earrings set with Fancy Green diamonds from the Garatti and Domino collections.

Tilda Swinton Gives Chanel’s Two-Tone Slingbacks a Sculptural Red-Carpet Spin
Tilda Swinton looked striking on the Cannes red carpet in a sculptural red Chanel look, styled with red and light cream slingback pumps.
Chanel has been playing with footwear designs lately, moving away from the usual full cap-toe style. Tilda’s Spring/Summer 2026 pumps still carried the house’s signature two-tone design, but with a fresher update. Instead of a full red cap toe, the front looked lightly dipped in red, creating a softer, more graphic take on the classic Chanel shoe.
The pumps were mainly light cream, which contrasted beautifully with the vibrant red tips. They also featured side cutouts, a low-cut vamp, and a slingback strap, giving the shoes a lighter and more elegant silhouette. Set on mid-height tapered heels, they gave Tilda just enough lift!

Swinton paired them perfectly with a red Chanel Fall 2026 dress. The design looked regal and modern, with a cocoon-like shape and fluid draping that created soft, sculptural volume. The silhouette elongated her frame, tapered above the knees, then opened into a ruffled high-low hem with a back train for added drama.
I loved the bold red color because it gave the whole look a powerful, clean look. The sculptural silhouette also matched Tilda’s signature fashion-forward style!
She finished the look with a gold choker necklace, while her brushed-up blonde hair and radiant complexion gave the outfit a futuristic finish.

Stella Maxwell Leans Into Gothic Gucci Glamour With “Castello” Bamboo-Heel Sandals
Stella Maxwell brought full Gucci drama to the Cannes closing ceremony red carpet, and I loved how she leaned into a sultry, gothic-romantic look from head to toe.
Her shoes were mostly hidden beneath the gown, but when she walked, we got glimpses of her black Gucci “Castello” sandals. Made in Italy from supple black leather, the sandals featured slim, sinuous ankle straps finished with a gold-tone buckle closure, plus a delicate toe strap. I loved how the strappy design gave the design a sexy, barely-there finish!
What made them even more interesting was the 4.3-inch curved bamboo-shaped heel, giving the sandals a sculptural Gucci touch with a polished gold-tone accent.

Stella paired the heels with a vintage Gucci dress, and the look was just as sultry as the shoes. The bodice featured heavy metallic 3D petal embellishments with an iridescent sheen, branching out into delicate vine-like details over the sheer mesh base.
The same embellishments formed the cap sleeves and collar, adding texture and drama around the neckline. Making the look even more daring was the center sheer panel, which revealed her décolletage and midriff.
The dress then flowed into a lightweight, floor-length skirt with soft, pleated drapery, adding movement to the dark, romantic design.
For more sparkle, Stella wore pieces from Antoine’s Rinascimento collection, including a satin rose-gold ear cuff and a necklace with a satin rose-gold cross. I also loved how her pink hair contrasted with the black dress, adding a cool, modern edge to the whole Gucci look.

Camélia Jordana Sharpens Mugler Tailoring With White T-Strap Peep-Toe Pumps
French pop singer Camélia Jordana went for a more business-like yet architectural look at the Cannes closing ceremony, choosing a head-to-toe Mugler ensemble.
She slipped into $1,450 white Mugler pumps made in Italy from patent calfskin leather. I liked the glossy finish because it made the shoes look clean and polished against the soft beige outfit.
They featured rounded peep toes and a T-strap that connected to a buckled ankle strap, giving the pumps a secure, vintage-inspired feel. The flat vamps added a structured detail, but the 4-inch slanted heels were what made them look modern and instantly recognizable.

Jordana paired the heels with a beige skirt suit, but definitely not an ordinary one. The look played into the brand’s avant-garde, hyper-feminine style, with a lightweight, structural hourglass shirt jacket that shaped her waist and hips. It featured a pointed collar, hidden horn buttons, flap pockets, slightly puffed shoulders, and long sleeves.
The longline hem added to the sculptural silhouette, while the tonal belt cinched her waist for a more defined shape. It’s available at Farfetch for $2,184, down from $3,120.
What made the outfit even more interesting was the halterneck backless top layered over the jacket. It added dimension and gave the classic skirt suit a more fashion-forward twist. You can get it on sale at Farfetch for $573, originally $830.
Camélia Jordana finished the look with sleek, straight hair parted in the center and tucked behind her ears, plus drop earrings and rings for a clean, polished finish.
