Kristen Stewart’s foot injury had her in crutches at the 2013 Oscars, but that wasn’t the only unusual accessory she wore on the red carpet. The American actress also sported mismatched shoes.
While the focus of Kristen’s ensemble was her angelic embroidered Reem Acra gown, we managed to sneak a peek at her injury-friendly footwear. “I’m an idiot,” Stewart responded when asked by People about her crutches.

“She had sliced her foot and everyone was worrying about would she wear heels or flats or one heel, crutches or no crutches,” manicurist Ashlie Johnson told Us Weekly about the Twilight actress.
Stewart accidentally stepped on glass before the ceremony. “She tried so many options, she was really a trouper.”
“Kristen was nervous about her crutches so having her friends around playing music was just what she needed,” bicoastal hairstylist Danilo added.
“We all were trying to make her feel better and her friends were trying to tell her she’d be fine, she has insecurities about being in front of people so today was even tougher.”

Kristen wore a ballet flat on her right foot and a platform stiletto on her left foot, which seems to be how she was able to walk normally when it was time to hand the crutches to her assistant and have her picture taken.

Wearing one Jimmy Choo heel, one Bloch shoe, and Fred Leighton jewelry, she later took the stage to present the production design award with Daniel Radcliffe.

We’re not sure how one heel and one flat would make it easier to walk with a foot injury… but Kristen managed to make it work.
Kristen Stewart’s satin heel is the Jimmy Choo “Vibe” pump. You can buy the nude patent version on sale at Farfetch right now.

Her ballet flat is the “Fonteyn” from Bloch, which is hugely discounted at both Amazon and Zappos.
