Rosamund Pike was pregnant when filming for The World’s End was initially planned. However, she gave birth well before filming for “The World’s End” began on September 28, 2012. Her first child, a son named Solo, was born in May 2012.
The production took place in various locations, including Hertfordshire, specifically in Letchworth Garden City and Welwyn Garden City, with additional sequences shot at Elstree Studios (Herts Memories).

We saw the unexpected matchy-matchy look on Rosamund Pike at the world premiere of ‘The World’s End’ in London yesterday evening.
Her deceptively demure ensemble was spiced up with a shock of pink from her bra, which peeked through the eyelet details on the front of her Victoria Beckham Spring 2013 collared dress. That wasn’t enough “shock” for Rosamund, as she further highlighted her peekaboo bra by matching its hot pink color to her t-strap sandals.
The effect wasn’t lost even when she turned her back to the cameras because the see-through eyelet panel on her dress extended down the back.
