Alexa Chung has slowly been carving a niche in the fashion industry with her enviable sartorial sense and countless style collaborations. Everything she touches turns to gold, as evidenced by her successful partnerships with brands such as AG Jeans, Madewell and Marks & Spencer. She also has excellent instincts, which turn a simple Peter Pan collar or a pair of brogues into a massive fashion trend.
So of course, considering Alexa’s style prowess and industry connections, it was only a matter of time before she formed her own brand to coincide with her impeccable fashion taste.
Alexa finally debuted her highly anticipated namesake label, much to every fashionista’s delight. The entire collection features more than 150 stunning pieces, including a multitude of shoe styles and other fun options. Alexa Chung staples like loafers, coats, mini dresses and denim are also available for purchase.
Check out the video below to watch Alexa’s chat with fashion editor Claudia Croft about her debut line.
The British style icon unveiled her own collection at the Danish Church of Saint Katherine in London while wearing a green jersey dress, which featured frilled trims, a loose silhouette, and a metallic finish. The midi-length frock also had long sleeves, a scoop neckline, an empire waist and a flared skirt. Alexa added the finishing touches to her look with a pair of “Star” loafers (available at AlexaChung) and her signature tousled hair and minimal makeup.

The collection might be relatively new, but it seems as though it has already cultivated devout fans! Actress and singer Selena Gomez recently uploaded an Instagram photo featuring the black frill-trimmed faux-patent dress (available at Selfridges) from Alexa’s collection.
Selena styled the piece with a Hesperios “Ines Ringer” shirt (available at Garmentory) and white Gucci “New Ace” leather sneakers (available at Barneys New York).
