Celebrities seem to be using the red carpet these days to promote their various advocacies, and it looks like Anne Hathaway is the latest A-lister to get on board with doing good. Anne took a cue from fellow actress Emma Watson, vowing to wear sustainable fashion during the press tour for her upcoming film “Colossal.”
Anne began her promotional duties with a vintage Armani Privé gown at the New York premiere of her film. Her black Spring 2006 dress featured an asymmetrical neckline, an open back and ruffled tiersin addition to an embroidered fan detail, which added a dose of drama to her look. Anne allowed the gown to take center stage by styling it minimally, opting for a chic updo, nude lips and a black clutch from Edie Parker. She capped off her look with the “Marchavekel” sandals, which you can get for $945 at Barneys New York.

The 34-year-old actress and singer wore the “Marchavekel” sandals in smooth black leather. These peep-toed shoes feature knotted fabric vamps, buckled ankle straps and couture draping. They also have leather lining, slim stiletto heels and the luxury label’s signature red leather soles. You can get them in nude at Nordstrom or opt for other styles at Barneys New York.

Anne continued her press tour in another all-black ensemble at the premiere of her latest film in Los Angeles. The chic Vivienne Westwood jumpsuit she selected featured a low neckline and a V-shaped bodice with cut-out details. The cropped Spring 2014 number also had bracelet sleeves and a satin lapel detail. Anne styled it with tousled waves, Roxanne Assoulin jewelry and another pair of shoes from Christian Louboutin.
