However, the spotlight intensified as Anya Taylor-Joy unexpectedly joined the event, confirming her pivotal role in the movie.

Her involvement in the sequel was a secret until the premiere, so Anya missed out on an extensive press tour like Zendaya’s or Pugh’s. But she still made an impact with her fashion choice and seemed really excited to be part of the Duniverse.

Exuding Ethereal Charm in Vintage-Inspired Look

Commanding attention with her sartorial prowess, Anya Taylor-Joy stunned attendees with her choice of attire, a vintage-inspired masterpiece that concealed surprising features beneath its surface.

Adorned in a Christian Dior Haute Couture creation, the 27-year-old actress exuded ethereal charm in a pristine white silk gown.

The dress boasted a daring square neckline and exposed sides, accentuating her figure with a high-waisted outline that oozed sophistication.

Her ensemble culminated in a flowing pleated skirt, its delicate folds cascading gracefully to the floor and concealing her feet beneath matching white sandals.

Yet, adding a translucent white hooded cape set her look apart. Framing her face, the cape fell from her crown to the hem, reminiscent of a nun’s habit yet exuding unparalleled chicness and modernity.

Taylor-Joy’s affinity for Dior shone through, a brand alignment that surprised no one given her longstanding relationship with the French luxury fashion house.

Dior designer Maria Grazia Chiuri drew inspiration from the iconic designs of Marc Bohan, the creative force behind Dior during the late ’50s and early ’60s, specifically referencing his Spring 1961 Couture collection for her attire. It was a fitting homage to Bohan’s legacy, capturing the essence of femininity with a modern twist.

To elevate the monochromatic ensemble further, The Northman star adorned herself with exquisite white diamond jewelry, including a statement Jaeger-Lecoultre 101 Reine watch with an intricate design resembling a bracelet and coordinating oval ring alongside delicate gold bands.

Taylor-Joy’s beauty regimen was equally impeccable, with her frosty blonde bun and rosy makeup adding a touch of ethereal beauty to her look. A deep red lip contrasted the soft hues of her ensemble, infusing drama into her overall appearance.

Anya Taylor-Joy Joins Star-Studded Cast in Dune: Part Two

As if the cast of Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two couldn’t sparkle any brighter, Anya Taylor-Joy has now joined the constellation.

During an interview on the carpet, broadcast by Warner Bros. U.K., she cryptically remarked, “You’ll have to see the film,” confirming her involvement.

The Menu actress couldn’t contain her praise for the film, describing it as “one of the best movies I’ve seen in my entire life. Genuinely, Denis has killed it; it’s incredible.”

She gushed, “This is a dream come true, you know? The books are incredible, but with this cast and with Denis, it doesn’t get any better than that.”

Joining Anya Taylor-Joy in the latest installment are Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, Austin Butler, and Léa Seydoux. Returning from the 2021 film are Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem.

As for Taylor-Joy, 2024 was already set to be monumental, with her starring role in Warner Bros.’ highly anticipated action-packed film Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, speeding into theaters on May 24th. She steps into the iconic role of Imperator, succeeding Charlize Theron.
