Bella Thorne, a 15-year-old Disney actress, was seen having lunch with Kylie Jenner and a friend at the Urth Caffe in West Hollywood, LA a couple of days ago.

Well, it’s not that we think you should get fashion advice from them — although you could if you wanted to — but being that young does allow them to have as much fun as they can with fashion and sometimes even get away with it!
