Beyoncé made a striking appearance in a skintight latex Givenchy gown as she walked the red carpet at the 2016 Met Gala, held on Monday at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

The 34-year-old entertainer ditched her wedding ring and her husband, Jay Z, for this year’s Met Gala. Circumstances were very different last year when the couple appeared together on the red carpet.

Beyoncé’s body-hugging gown featured pink and orange floral and pearl embellishments that almost looked skin-like.
