The 17-year-old reality star readily admitted to taping her breasts. Captioning a photo that was quickly deleted on Instagram, she wrote, “There’s a lot of duct tape under this dress holding these suckers up.”
This was Kylie’s second time attending a Sugar Factory opening this year.
