Ciara is no stranger to high fashion, and she always leaves a lasting impression.

The superstar singer wowed onlookers with a striking entrance as she demonstrated her impeccable sense of style and fearless approach to fashion at the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty in Los Angeles.

Ciara was dressed in a barely-there mesh dress from the luxury designer brand Dundas, which showcased every inch of her incredible figure, and she executed the look flawlessly.

The stunning 37-year-old artist’s outfit was the epitome of bold and daring, with the sheer and shimmering netted halter gown featuring a plunging neckline that put her black underwear on full display.

Her dress was part of the Dundas Fall 2023 collection and was paired with elbow-length black velvet gloves for an extra touch of drama. Ciara’s hair was styled into a sleek bob, adding to the chic look.

To complete her red-carpet ensemble, Ciara accessorized with jewelry from Cartier, including diamond drop earrings and a diamond ring.

She slipped into black Santoni satin double-buckle platform sandals, finishing the look with finesse.

Ciara’s husband, Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson, joined her at the party, opting for an all-black ensemble featuring a black velvet tailored suit jacket and pants and a black evening shirt.

He slipped into a pair of polished black shoes and added a gemstone lapel pin for a touch of flair to his minimalist outfit.

At the end of the fashion-focused evening, Ciara shared several images in a video uploaded to her Instagram on Monday.

Her husband and Megan Thee Stallion, who joined the after-party wearing a custom Bach Mai strapless mermaid gown, also made brief appearances in the snaps. The video featured the 2012 hit song “Bad Girls” by M.I.A.

The event was an opportunity for Ciara to flaunt her remarkable fashion sense and take part in the provocative “naked dress” trend that has taken the fashion world by storm since the kickoff of New York Fashion Week in February.

Personalities such as Daisy Edgar-Jones, Sabrina Carpenter, Emily Ratajkowski, and Alessandra Ambrosio have all confidently embraced the skin-revealing movement and rocked see-through garments and sheer dresses.

Ciara is a style icon who has made a name for herself in fashion. In 2021, she launched her clothing collection, LITA (Love Is the Answer) by Ciara, which is part of The House of LR&C (Love, Respect, and Care) – her and Russell Wilson’s fashion label.

The singer’s minimalist style also extends to her glam, as she stresses the importance of skincare and takes the “less is more” approach to makeup.

In September, Ciara introduced her brand, OAM (On a Mission), which encapsulates her perspective on beauty.

As she told ELLE, “When I was younger, I used to think that I needed to have a full face of makeup to love my most beautiful self. As I got older, I told myself I’m not going to allow myself to feel like I have to have makeup on all these different enhancements to feel beautiful and confident.”
