NYC Pride and Demi Lovato’s Commitment to the LGBTQ+ Community
Dance on the Pier is NYC Pride’s largest fundraising event, providing over $45,000 annually in grants to LGBT and LGBT-friendly nonprofits and community organizations through its production committee.
“It’s such an honor to be a part of both LA and NYC PRIDE celebrations this year,” Demi said.
“I have been an active advocate of the LGBT community and am wholly committed to supporting individuality and being comfortable in one’s own skin. I am thrilled to be a part of both events as they are a wonderful celebration of independence and self-confidence.”

Rock-Star Chic: Demi’s Bold Outfit
For the occasion, Demi unleashed her inner rock star in an outfit that included a white button-down collared shirt with a black necktie, a black leather blazer, and a pair of studded black pants.
She accessorized with gold bangles, rings, and an ear cuff. Also perfecting her rocker look was her punk-inspired half-shaved head with colorful streaks.
Gianmarco Lorenzi: The Statement Heels Steal the Show
The young singer and performer completed her ensemble with strappy caged sandals. We spotted a black-and-white version of these heels on Jessie J when she arrived in Lisbon for the Rock in Rio Lisboa on June 1.

These shoes by Gianmarco Lorenzi feature a strappy design, adjustable buckled ankle straps, gold platforms, and lacquered cage heels with thin gold heels inside.
