Eiza Gonzalez is the constant source of glitz and glamour on the red carpet. Things were no different when she showed up in a gorgeous Chanel gown at the special screening of her latest sci-fi series, 3 Body Problem, held at Frameless in London.
The Ambulance star stole the show in her breathtaking black-and-white gown while posing alongside her co-stars, including Liam Cunningham, Zine Tseng, Jess Hong, Jonathan Pryce, John Bradley, Alex Sharp, and Benedict Wong.

Her boldness and ethereal look had me spellbound as she twirled around the black carpet. I’m sure everyone else at the premiere also felt Eiza’s presence.
Detailing the Elegance: Eiza’s Chanel Gown
The 34-year-old actress is a sight to behold in the silk satin maxi dress fresh off Chanel’s Spring 2024 runway. I love how the black-striped electric pleats give the monochromatic color combination an eye-catching texture.
The dominantly white gown is punctuated by a black band that accentuates the waist and black trim along the center front with white buttons. It also comes with a black halter neck strap that encircles the neck, securing the dress’ plunging neckline.
I like everything about Eiza’s sultry yet glamorous Chanel dress, including the floor-skimming flowy skirt. However, I think it would look much better if the top was a bit more fitted to her figure. Beyond that, Eiza looked stunning and did a fantastic job pulling off this complicated silhouette.

Eiza offered an entire look at her ensemble, including a glimpse of her black Chanel pumps, as she twirled in front of photographers. She wore a pair with patent toe caps and slim ankle straps perched atop a crystal and pearl-embellished block heel. This gave her 5’8” height an extra lift.
Elizabeth Saltzman, the stylist behind stars like Julia Garner, Sandra Oh, Jodie Comer, and Saoirse Ronan, put together Eiza Gonzalez’s evening premiere look.
I appreciate how she kept things coordinated, styling the actress with jewelry by Cartier. She adorned her French manicured hands with a statement ring set with onyx and diamonds and secured a pair of white gold earrings with an enormous onyx and brilliant diamonds on her ears.

Beauty-wise, Sofia Schwarzkopf-Tilbury gave Eiza a full face of makeup using Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics. She highlighted her eyes with soft, smokey eyeshadow dusted with glitters for a sparkling look. She added eyeliner and mascara to make her eyes pop before finishing her glam with a rosy blush and lipstick.
Christian Wood, meanwhile, parted the actress’ bob hair and styled it in glamorous waves, with one side tucked behind her ear.

Eiza’s Controversial Take on Beauty in Hollywood
Eiza Gonzalez is indeed pretty, but she recently came under fire for claiming in an InStyle interview that her “too pretty” appearance has prevented her from being considered for several roles.
“I remember being [told for] so many projects, ‘She’s too pretty for the role. She’s too hot for the role,’” she told the outlet. “Then I’d just be like, ‘What is Margot Robbie? She’s the hottest, most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen in my life!’”
“I had an identity crisis for a very long time. I was like, ‘Do I shave my head? Do I make myself less attractive? Do I make myself more attractive? Do I not dress super-hot or do I dress super-hot or do I cover myself all the time?’”
However, what she disclosed during the interview didn’t sit well with the netizens.

What Is Netflix’s 3 Body Problem About?
3 Body Problem, which premiered on Netflix on March 21, is inspired by the trilogy by Chinese author Cixin Liu about a secret Chinese national defense project that sends signals into space in search of extraterrestrials. The signal is picked up by an alien civilization preparing to invade Earth. Various groups on Earth, meanwhile, are hoping to either fight the invasion or welcome the aliens and help them control the corrupt world.
As per Netflix, 3 Body Problem is set in the 1960s Cultural Revolution in China. It “begins in 1960s China when a young woman makes a fateful decision that reverberates across space and time into the present day. When the laws of nature inexplicably unravel, a tight-knit group of brilliant scientists must join forces with an unflinching detective to stop humanity’s greatest threat. 3 Body Problem is an epic story that redefines sci-fi drama with its layered mysteries and story of human connection.”
