“I went to go and train her because she had a girl that was in her life, and she kept seeing her changing and changing and changing,” American entrepreneur Tracy Anderson told Vanity Fair about meeting Gwyneth Kate Paltrow for the first time.
“[Paltrow] was having a hard time losing the baby weight after her second baby—she was like [to the friend], ‘What are you doing? What are you doing?’ So she heard about me. So I went and trained her once, and Gwyneth was like, ‘That was the hardest thing I’ve ever done . . . I have to start filming a movie in a short amount of time; I need to get the baby weight off.’ ”
