Paula Patton is hot on the promotional trail for her new movie, Sacrifice. It follows an entertainment lawyer, played by Paula, “as she navigates the nefarious lives of her rich and famous clients.” The two-hour legal thriller premiered on Viacom’s new streaming service BET+ on December 19.
Last week, Paula stopped by the AOL Build Series in New York City to discuss her new movie and other television projects.

On Monday last week, Hollywood Reporter confirmed that Paula has acquired film and television rights to Sherry Jones’ biographical novel, Josephine Baker’s Last Dance, which you can purchase on Amazon.
“It’s been a childhood dream of mine to play such an inspirational person and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to tell her story,” Paula said. She plans to star in and produce the said adaptation.
In her interview with Build, the 44-year-old actress mentioned that she plans to turn the jazz singer’s story into a ten-part mini-series.
Paula flashed her pearly whites outside the studio. She looked stunning with her curled locks pulled back into a half ponytail, done by hairstylist Michael Silva. Her face was beautifully made-up with mascara, eyeliner, peachy blush, and dark pink lipstick, applied by makeup artist Jessica Smalls.

Following the interview, Paula posed for photos outside the AOL Build studios. She swapped her polka dot frock for a holiday-inspired striped dress from Chanel’s Resort 2020 collection.
The Hitch actress teamed the tweed sweater dress with the same black opaque tights, black-and-white ankle boots, and added a black shearling coat to keep her warm.

On Tuesday last week, Paula wore the same boots to the BuzzFeed office, where she discussed her new film, Sacrifice, with AM to DM host Zach Stafford.
She paired her Chanel boots with blue jeans, black-and-white belt, and a green satin button-up top, featuring dog prints and a black bow tie.
Robin Thicke’s ex-wife completed her look with a neat ponytail, earrings, and a swipe of lipstick.
