Kim Kardashian kcaused a kcommotion at the opening of the Millions of Milkshakes store at The Avenues Mall in Kuwait City, Kuwait this Thursday. Not surprisingly, her figure-hugging outfit offended several of her conservative Kuwaiti hosts. But what did they expect?
If we were there, what would’ve gotten us crazy was- you guessed it- Kim Kardashian’s confusing and complicated cutout dress by French designer Stephane Rolland.

It created all these crazy illusions on Kim’s body as if it was made of four pieces of a tube dress, a bolero-type top, and those two covers over her wrists.

It’s unnerving how the sheer panels in between the cutouts are sooo close to Kim Kardashian’s own skin color. Wait — there ARE sheer panels over those cutouts, right?
