Kim Kardashian flaunted her legs and cleavage on the red carpet of the 2014 Diamond Ball at The Vineyard on Thursday night in Beverly Hills. She was joined by her mom, Kris Jenner.

The 34-year-old reality star and mother-of-one donned a very revealing sheer sequin ensemble from the Alexander Wang for Balenciaga Spring 2015 collection, which included a black bodysuit worn under a see-through fishnet dress.
She paired the dress with a long black tuxedo coat and ankle-strap sandals from American designer Tom Ford’s Spring 2014 collection.

As you can see from her skin rash below, Kim has psoriasis. It is a chronic, genetic immune system disease that appears on the skin, often as red, scaly patches that itch and bleed.
“I’d heard of psoriasis before because my mom has always had it, but she didn’t have red flaky dots all over her,” Kim said in a statement to the National Psoriasis Foundation.
