On June 8, 2016, Kourtney Kardashian attended a Manuka Doctor photo call at The London Edition hotel in London, England.
The London appearance came shortly after the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star was announced as a global ambassador for Manuka Doctor, a skincare brand known for products formulated with manuka honey sourced from New Zealand.
Kardashian said she was drawn to the brand’s emphasis on naturally derived ingredients and had already been familiar with manuka honey before agreeing to the partnership.
The ambassador role led to a series of promotional appearances, including the London photo call featured here. While Kourtney wasn’t covered in gold for the London photo call event, she was still glowing!

She wore an off-the-shoulder striped crop top from Erdem paired with tailored black trousers, creating a look that balanced sharp tailoring with a relaxed silhouette.

The striped top introduced texture and visual interest, while the high-waisted trousers provided a streamlined foundation. Together, the pieces reflected the understated monochrome styling that frequently appeared in Kardashian’s wardrobe during this period.

The television personality finished the outfit with a black choker, delicate gold jewelry, softly waved hair, and neutral-toned makeup that complemented the restrained color palette.
Why Gianvito Rossi Pumps Remain a Celebrity Staple
To complete the look, Kourtney opted for classic black suede pumps from Gianvito Rossi.
Defined by their sharply pointed toe, slender stiletto heels, and streamlined silhouettes, the shoes added structure to her monochrome ensemble without distracting from the outfit’s clean lines.

Kardashian has returned to Gianvito Rossi’s designs throughout the years, from the braided “Jimi” sandals she wore for an Easter church service to the sleek pumps and barely-there sandals that have become recurring staples in her wardrobe.
Other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family have also embraced the Italian designer’s minimalist aesthetic, including Kim Kardashian in Gianvito Rossi pumps with a sculptural white A.W.A.K.E. dress and Kylie Jenner in delicate Gianvito Rossi sandals at Cosmopolitan’s 50th birthday celebration.

More than a decade after this appearance, the appeal of Kourtney’s Gianvito Rossi pumps remains easy to understand. The sharply pointed toe, slim stiletto heel, and understated suede finish are hallmarks of a design language that has changed little because it rarely needs to. Rather than chasing trends, Gianvito Rossi built its reputation on refined silhouettes that work across seasons and occasions.
That aesthetic continues to define the brand’s collections today. As of June 2026, retailers such as Mytheresa and Farfetch continue to carry many of the designer’s signature styles, including the classic Gianvito 105 suede pumps, Gianvito 85 suede pumps, Portofino sandals, Sofia mules, and a range of pointed-toe slingbacks that share the same timeless elegance as the pair Kourtney wore in London.
