Many people find Lady Gaga (almost) without makeup surprising (or shocking). The pop star is known for her over-the-top and outrageous looks, which are often much talked about.

She definitely knows how to stir the buzz and keep the public interested and wanting more.

“Mother Monster” seems to be dropping her bizarre acts (well, at least for a while).

We spotted her fresh-faced at The 20th Annual Watermill Center Summer Benefit, wearing natural-looking makeup paired with a slightly revealing gothic ensemble.

Although the whole outfit is still too much for some, this is the most toned-down, normal-looking Gaga we have ever seen.

What do you think of Gaga’s fresh makeup? Does it suit her? Or do you prefer her bolder, shocking, offensive looks more?

Lady Gaga’s leather dress is from the “Apostasy” collection of La Cambre Mode designer Louise Leconte. The very edgy collection boasts fashion-forward pieces with fierce leather everywhere.

Belgian designer Louise Leconte said, “It happened quite simply! Lady Gaga’s assistant stylist contacted my press office to see if I could send them six or seven figures silhouettes from my collection during my fifth year at La Cambre. I guess they found my work on the Internet through the pictures of the parade. And now this photo! Surreal is the word that comes readily to mind. This is both a great recognition and a chance of visibility, allowing me to share my creations with a wider audience.”
