The 29-year-old model hit the red carpet in a powder-blue creation from the Carolina Herrera Fall 2015 collection featuring a keyhole bodice and a ruffled skirt.
She accessorized with a stunning Judith Leiber Couture box clutch, fully beaded in metallic Austrian crystals. To complete her ensemble, Lily wore luxurious Brian Atwood “Bésame” pumps made of silky calf hair.
