Reports say the previously troubled actress has completed 90 days in rehab and is now keeping her lifestyle clean (apart from a couple of times she was spotted smoking cigarettes, but we are cutting her some slack). Lilo is purported to make a comeback with an HBO project.

She has also been struggling with climate change after moving from California to New York, but the rainy Big Apple weather didn’t damper her spirit earlier this week. The actress fended off the rain with a cute ensemble.
