Julianne Moore attended the 12th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic last Saturday alongside other A-list celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Nicky Hilton, Coco Rocha, and Emily Ratajkowski.

The 58-year-old kept her attire stylishly age-appropriate with a floral midi from Givenchy’s Pre-Fall 2019 collection. She topped the designer creation with a black blazer, which was just an unnecessary distraction from her ensemble.

The actress finished her look with logo-embellished mules also from Givenchy. Her footwear was made with leather and featured block-heels, that were ideal for walking in the grassy outdoors.

These supple black leather mules are topped with the polished ‘4G’ plaque – a nod to the original emblem that was re-introduced last season by Creative Director Clare Waight Keller. They sit on a chunky 90mm block heel.
Just two weeks prior to this event, Julianne walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival where she had some hits and misses.

She started off strong with a gorgeous green Haute Couture gown from Dior at the opening ceremony of the festival.

The Academy Award winner accessorized with equally stunning emerald jewels from Chopard.

Julianne took her wardrobe choice a notch down on Day 2 for the “Les Miserables” premiere in a black, Louis Vuitton gown combined with an embellished poncho-slash-cape. At least her black, ankle-strap sandals (also from Louis Vuitton) were on point.

The Golden Globe Award winner lost her touch on Day 3 for the “Rocketman” premiere where she donned a silver Givenchy Spring 2018 Haute Couture sequined gown topped with a pink shawl that really aged her. Her Chopard earrings did stand out though and was probably the only redeeming quality of the whole ensemble.
