It seems like Miley Cyrus has developed a liking for marijuana.

After visiting a cannabis cafe in Amsterdam two nights in a row, the American actress and recording artist ended the MTV Europe Music Awards by lighting up a joint.

Before the show, onlookers wondered what the 20-year-old would wear on the red carpet.

This time, Miley wore a custom-made deep-plunging halter by New York Vintage paired with monochrome chequered thigh-high boots by Tom Ford.
