Throwback to Paris Fashion Week 2013: After strutting the runways for Stella McCartney and Chanel, supermodel Miranda Kerr was spotted making the most of her last day in the City of Light with a bit of shopping along Rue Amiral in Paris.

The then-30‑year‑old Victoria’s Secret alum was balancing new motherhood and a high‑profile marriage to actor Orlando Bloom.

Her post‑show street style was just as captivating as her runway appearances — and it still inspires transitional dressing more than a decade later.

The former Victoria’s Secret model was spotted hitting the shops of Paris one last time before leaving the City of Romance.

With all the exposure to beautiful things during Paris Fashion Week, we can’t blame her for wanting to bring home a little piece for herself.

The Australian model wore a Balenciaga Egyptian-print skirt and a matching top from the same brand, partly covered by her glorious gray coat.

Miranda chose a pair of knee-high black leather boots to ward off the cold (and to give her an excuse to wear a pretty little skirt).

A Masterclass in Transitional Dressing: Miranda Kerr’s Fall‑Ready Balenciaga Look

Miranda Kerr’s style has long been celebrated for its effortless balance between seasons, and this 2013 look is a prime example. The light Balenciaga Sphinx‑print two‑piece set leans toward a spring/summer aesthetic.

Still, she grounded it for Paris in early fall with thigh‑high Hermès leather boots and a structured black belt — a combination that perfectly captures Fall/Winter 2013’s leather‑heavy trend. Crafted from 100% silk, the ensemble remains a masterclass in transitional dressing, blending breezy fabrics with statement cold‑weather accessories.

While the banded Balenciaga Sphinx‑print skirt Miranda wore is no longer available online, it comes from a house with deep fashion heritage. Balenciaga, founded in 1919 by Spanish designer Cristóbal Balenciaga in San Sebastián, Spain, is celebrated for its avant‑garde designs, impeccable craftsmanship, and era‑defining innovations like the cocoon coat and sack dress.
