On a Tuesday afternoon in September 2022, the fashion designer was spotted at God’s Love We Deliver’s Young Hearts Friends Fest: Ice Cream Social at New York City’s Museum of Ice Cream.
The American socialite, who co-hosted the event, stepped out on the red carpet in a chic black and white tweed mini dress by Alice + Olivia that highlighted her sleek and golden legs.
She slid into a pair of Chanel heels that was all white with black color-blocking at the toes.

Her adorable 4-year-old daughter Teddy, whom she shares with her British husband, James Rothschild, accompanied her to the party.
Named after Nicky Hilton’s paternal grandmother Marilyn June Hawley, Teddy Marilyn Rothschild was born on December 20, 2017, and turned five on December 20, 2022. Teddy’s older sister, Lily-Grace Victoria, was born in July 2016.
The lovely child got on a sweet white ribbon outfit and a pearl headpiece, with her ID that reads, “Vanilla Teddy.”
Hilton’s dress had been adorned with crystals to make the collar look like a sparkling necklace. She topped off her look with classic pearl stud earrings and a diamond chain bracelet.
