We usually see the fan-favorite TV star in short skirts and sassy outfits, but she opted for a whole new look at the event honoring her hit show.

She wore a pretty midnight blue belted dress from Michael Kors’s Spring 2014 collection. It features short sleeves, silver studs, a pleated skirt, and a flirty keyhole detail.
The gorgeous actress styled it with a silver glitter acrylic box clutch from Edie Parker, jewelry from Lina Noel, and black embellished sandals from Aperlai. Her half-up, half-down hairstyle was capped off with a tiny bow, which made her look younger.

This look would have been perfect had she left the ribbon at home. The dress was lovely, but the bow was far too cutesy and did not mesh well with the other elements of her ensemble.
The stunning Bulgarian-Canadian actress still looked beautiful, and we approve of her choice of footwear.

Nina wore the Aperlai “Simple D” sandals, which feature black suede, adjustable ankle straps, crystal embellishments on the toe straps, and caviar beads on the heels. She wore the same heels to the January 15th Annual Warner Bros. and InStyle Golden Globe Awards after-party.
