Noah Cyrus, Miley Cyrus’ youngest sibling, appeared to be giving Rapunzel a run for her money when she walked the red carpet at GLSEN’s Rise Up LA Benefit Gala last week with her floor-length hair.

The 23-year-old singer, following in Mileys’ footsteps, made a statement as she freed the nipple in a clingy knit puffer dress by Colors Clothing Company.

Her $229 aqua gray see-through cotton knitwear featured puffer ring trims around the neckline, long-sleeve armholes, and floor-sweeping hem, which concealed her light gray suede pumps.

Noah, rumored to be dating Demi Lovato in 2021, skipped the jewelry to allow her outfit to take center stage. The real focal point of her look, however, was her sweeping raven hair, styled in a bubble ponytail with a few wisps left loose to frame her face.

For her makeup, Noah, who bleached her eyebrows early this year, wore very thin eyebrows for the event. She then applied barely there neutral makeup, with mascara and subtle eyeshadow to highlight her eyes, a hint of rosy blush, and matching lip gloss.

Noah was among the night’s performers. She was accompanied at the event by her country musician friend Orville Peck, who was honored with the Champion Award.

Noah Cyrus Calls Out Sister Miley Cyrus Over 3-Year-Old Interview

Noah’s latest red-carpet outing came just weeks after calling out her sister Miley for her shady 2020 podcast interview with Joe Rogan, which has resurfaced on TikTok.

“The disrespect in this video…” Noah wrote in the comments section of the three-year-old video clip that shows Miley and the podcast host chatting about the singer’s siblings.

When asked whether Noah’s experience of growing up in Miley’s shadow discouraged her from pursuing a similar career in the spotlight, Miley said, “You either go one way or the other,” adding that Noah “wants” a life in the spotlight.

“She’s got a record out that I love called The End of Everything,” before Rogan cut her to ask what her sister’s name is. She continued, “And it’s the most depressing EP you’ll ever listen to.”

Miley went on to say how “emo” Noah is, with Rogan then suggesting, “Maybe she needs to go to the doctor.”

“She is, we’re all at the doctor a lot,” Miley replied. “She’s dealing with it. But she’s only 20, so I worry about her.”

While some speculated that Noah’s comment might have alluded to Joe’s statements, in which she “needs to go to the doctor,” others thought she was referring to Miley’s remarks.

“Yeah she was kinda belittling her there like the wave of her hand as she said ‘she’s 20’ was super dismissive. Almost like ‘yeah she’s young and emo she’ll get over it,’ that is disrespect.”

“It is shady, Miley could’ve worded it better but she made it seem like her sister is not ok at all,” another wrote.
