A main fixture at Fashion Weeks around the world, Olivia Palermo sat front row at the Mattew Williamson Spring/Summer 2013 fashion presentation held during day 3 of London Fashion Week yesterday.

The style queen honored the English fashion designer by wearing a paperbag-waisted tiered ruffle skirt of his creation. In her usual effortlessly chic style, Olivia Palermo downplayed the skirt with a casual grey knit top from Reiss. She finished off her look with an orange-trimmed Reiss envelope clutch and silver snake cap-toed burgundy pumps.

I know YNS is split between loving and hating pointy toed shoes. They’ve been called everything from witch shoes to pizza toe shoes but you really can’t deny their leg-lengthening power as demonstrated by Olivia Palermo:

Olivia Palermo is wearing these Elizabeth and James ‘Sash’ pumps with a cap toe which is one of the top trends to try this Fall 2012:

Love how these pumps are designed in a low almost d’orsay-like cut. There is no platform at all to balance out that 4″ stiletto heel height so be warned!
