Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean that others can’t, which surely applies to labels or tags on the bottom of your shoes.
The sticky-label-still-on-shoes faux pas happens a lot more than it should. If it’s happened to you, don’t worry, you’re not alone; it has happened to fellow shoe fanatic Eva Longoria and even to the ever-stylish Gwyneth Paltrow.
Scroll down for all the celebrities spotted out and about with the sticky labels still on the soles of their shoes.
1. Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez’s bra-baring, see-through shirt almost drew our attention away from the stickers left on the soles of her brand-new Casadei blade-heel pumps. Almost.

2. Eva Longoria
We don’t know who was more aghast in this The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson interview: Eva Longoria after realizing that she left the price tag on her Valentino pumps or Craig Robinson after finding out that they cost $695.

3. Anna Faris
Two things about Anna Faris’ outfit made our mouths drop: how sexy she looks in her Hervé Léger dress and how she, unfortunately, forgot to remove the sticky labels from the soles of her Casadei “Bladeone” shoes.

4. Tulisa Contostavlos
It must’ve been embarrassing for British singer Tulisa Contostavlos to attend a meeting in shoes with the sticky labels still on the soles, but it mustn’t have been a formal meeting judging by those ripped denim shorts.

5. Amanda Righetti
It’s a shame that Amanda Righetti’s shoes had the white sticky labels of death. And they were really pretty shoes, too.

6. Gwyneth Paltrow
Not even the perpetually stylish Gwyneth Paltrow is immune from this footwear fashion faux pas. You can see the side of the white label sticking out from the side of Gwyneth’s Michael Kors sandals in the closeup picture below.

7. Tamara Ecclestone
Being filthy rich doesn’t excuse Tamara Ecclestone from not looking at the price tags on her Alexander McQueen sandals!

8. Denise van Outen
British actress Denise van Outen had to go on stage with the white sticky label glaringly still on the soles of her black suede booties. Aren’t there stylists, assistants, and PAs around to prevent things like this from happening?

9. Coleen Rooney
We think you’ll all agree that the sticky label on the soles is most tragic to see on a pair of Louboutins. The red bottoms all the more highlighted British TV presenter Coleen Rooney’s grave fashion faux pas.

10. Ashley Tisdale
We don’t have photographic evidence here, but we have to include Ashley Tisdale and her Jimmy Choo “Jet” sandals.

We distinctly remember that the sticky label she forgot to remove on her shoe was a sale sticker showing that her sandals were $735 marked down from $1,050. So much secondhand embarrassment!

11. Frankie Sandford
When you’re wearing something as complicated as The Saturdays member Frankie Sandford’s sheer, bell-sleeved, plunging top, leather hot pants, suspender tights, and fringe booties, maybe removing the price tags from your shoes is the last thing on your mind.

12. Jameela Jamil
Forget the sticky label for a moment — does it look like Radio 1 presenter Jameela Jamil is about to stab that woman’s bare toes with her stiletto?

13. Konnie Huq
To be fair to British television presenter Konnie Huq, she did realize that her shoes still had their sticky labels and sat down to remove them later on. She also tried to breakdance in them, which is something we don’t think we can find an excuse for.

14. Anna Kendrick
What is it with Casadei shoes and celebrities forgetting to remove the stickers from them? Just on this list, we have Selena Gomez, Anna Faris, and now, Anna Kendrick.

15. Fearne Cotton
Fearne Cotton is the celebrity who has committed the sticky-label-still-on-shoes fashion crime the most. Sometimes, you can see that she tries to remove them. Other times, she just doesn’t care.
