Rita Ora Shows Off Her Androgynous Style in Tuxedo Jacket, Wrap Skirt, and Michael Jackson–Inspired Heels

Rita Ora has a lot on her plate right now. She’s busy with season 12 of The X Factor, where she will be mentoring the girls, plus she’s currently on the promo run for her new single, “Body on Me.”

The 24-year-old singer, who just flew back to the United Kingdom from Los Angeles on Tuesday last week, turned heads in a quirky androgynous ensemble from Faith Connexion’s Resort 2016 collection outside the Kiss FM studios in London on Thursday. She wore a thigh-skimming wrap skirt with a paint splatter effect and a dangling chain detail, which she paired with a double-breasted tuxedo jacket with an asymmetric white shirt underneath. Not contented, she jazzed up the look with a pair of gold stud earrings, a few statement rings, black Retrosuperfuture sunnies, and a pair of black gladiator heels.

There’s a lot going on in this outfit, but we have to admit that it’s very Rita Ora. She finished off her androgynous look with a slicked-back hairstyle and flawless makeup with her signature red lipstick.

Rita’s heels are from Giuseppe Zanotti’s Rock ‘N Roll collection, which is the second of four capsule collections that the label has released in honor of its 20th year anniversary last year. The pop star was wearing the Michael Jackson–inspired sandals, the “MJ,” featuring leather straps with ruthenium buckles, back zipper fastenings, open toes, and about 4.7 inch covered stiletto heels.
