Kaley Cuoco filed for divorce from former professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting on September 28, 2015. He filed his own documents with the courts requesting spousal support, which according to Us Weekly was allowed based on the prenup they signed before getting married.
“Yes, I’m getting divorced. You know, last year was very bizarre and we all go through really weird ups and downs,” Kaley told Ellen DeGeneres in February 2016. They married in December 2013 after only six months of dating.

“And sometimes I’m a little bit more seen. And everyone goes through that stuff. I already feel like 2016 is going to be a much better year than 2015. And, you know, it’s been rough, but things are going good. I’m much, much better now. I’m in a much better place than I was.”

According to Us Weekly, Ryan Sweeting was addicted to painkillers prescribed after a 2014 back surgery.
“She supported him but she said he couldn’t make the commitment to get sober,” a friend told the entertainment magazine. “He’d tell her he was working on it and instead go get wasted.”
Their divorce was finalized in May 2016, with her ex-husband walking away with just $165,000. She would reportedly also pay a $195,000 workout bill for his two trainers.
The Big Bang Theory actress and professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting announced their engagement on September 26, 2013, and it looked like they were still riding that high the following weekend.

Kaley and Sweeting had been dating for 3 months at the time of their engagement. They made their first red carpet appearance together at the 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards.

The happy couple was spotted at Sherman Oaks, California, on their way to lunch at Marmalade Cafe. Sweeting was in a gray shirt and cardigan, walking shorts, and black boat shoes.
Cuoco, who we frequently see in pants and shirts around town, went for a dressier look for lunch in a peach maxi dress, sandals, and a Chanel tote.

Kaley Cuoco’s maxi dress has a very bohemian design, with its peasant sleeves, lace-up corset, and a tiered skirt. It was the perfect getup for a lunch date in sunny California.
Just two years earlier, we spotted Taylor Swift at the 2011 People’s Choice Awards in a very different peach dress from the J. Mendel Spring 2011 collection.

She styled the pleated cocktail dress with Neil Lane jewelry and Prada suede heels.
