In August 2019, Samara Weaving arrived at the ArcLight in Culver City, California, for the premiere of the horror-comedy Ready or Not.
Joined by Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, the Australian actress chose a sharp, monochromatic ensemble that balanced classic tailoring with high-fashion textures.

As the hunted-down bride of the horror hide-and-seek film, the Louis Vuitton muse took center stage at the premiere in a Versace Fall 2019 lace-paneled blazer dress.
However, it was her crystal-clear blue eyes that stole the focus, striking enough to rival even Alexandra Daddario’s famously piercing gaze.

Letting her bright blue eyes take focus against the inky palette, Samara grounded the look with Christian Louboutin’s “Uptown” ankle-strap pumps in black satin.
A quieter standout in the red-sole lineup, the half d’Orsay silhouette reveals the arch for a leg-lengthening effect, while the slim ankle strap adds stability—finished with a poised 100mm stiletto that balances elegance with wearability for long red-carpet appearances.
Several years later, we also featured the actress wearing Christian Louboutin’s “Lasera” pumps, which feature a laser-cut design and around 2,100 multi-sized red-toned strass crystals.

A Luxe Edge: Diamond Foundry Jewelry and a Petite Malle Clutch
Samara added some sparkle with lab-grown and conflict-free Diamond Foundry diamond rings and earrings. She further accessorized with a black Louis Vuitton ‘Petite Malle’ clutch.
Given the movie’s horror-comedy theme, we think Samara’s spliced blazer dress and her LV clutch’s antique trunk look are very appropriate for the premiere.

Samara is also known for The Babysitter, another horror-comedy flick. We hope she isn’t typecast in these roles, but we’d be lying if we said we don’t enjoy watching her in these movies.
Samara’s piercing blue eyes are undeniably captivating—but she’s not the only star known for a striking gaze.
