They have been going strong ever since they were first pictured together at a Mediterranean restaurant in September last year.
Three months later, in December, Emilio Vitolo Jr. made his relationship with Katie Holmes Instagram official after posting a sweet message for the actress’ 42nd birthday.
Sharing a photo of him and Katie, he captioned his post: “The most amazing, kindest, beautiful person. Every time I see your face it makes me smile. Happy Birthday !!! I love you !!”
Katie thanked the NYC-based chef in the comments, saying: “Thank you so much my Love, I love you too!!!!!”

Last Tuesday, Katie and Emilio were spotted hitting the streets of New York City.
The 33-year-old chef donned a black and yellow tracksuit with a white shirt underneath paired with beige sneakers.

Meanwhile, his 42-year-old actress girlfriend wore a black-and-green striped long-sleeved top and a pair of blue jeans.
She kept warm underneath a camel-colored coat that features epaulettes and buckled straps around the waist and arms.

Stepping out bare-faced, Katie’s eyes looked swollen as she kept her nose and mouth covered with a black face mask. She pulled her long tresses up into a high ponytail with a blue hair tie, showing her tiny silver earrings.

To further accessorize her casual look, Tom Cruise’s ex-wife wore a dainty gold necklace and carried Chloe’s “Mini Daria” chain bag in desert brown corduroy suede.
Her crossbody bag features a long chain strap with a leather braided top handle. You can find this bag in brown pebbled leather at Farfetch, retailing for $1,444.

A pair of Saucony “Jazz 81” sneakers completed Katie’s look. The footwear label is bringing back this iconic shoe from 1981 in celebration of the silhouette’s 40th anniversary.
Made from nylon and suede upper, these shoes feature the brand’s logo detail in silver leather, original 1981 tongue badging, mesh overlays, upgraded full-cushion sock liner, and molded EVA soles with rubber outsoles.
