The Disney star was spotted in Italy for the Milan Fashion Week, looking every bit like a tourist in a dressed-down ensemble consisting of a white shirt and jeans; she seemed to have a bit of pampering time to spare (too bad numerous cameras were waiting to stress her out afterward) in between her busy days of public appearances and concerts.

The 21-year-old sported her usual pouty red lips, hid her eyes behind chic cat-eye sunglasses, and piled her hair on top of her head in a secure brunette knot.
