Serbian fashion designer Roksanda Ilinčić served as her own model last Monday at the seventh annual “Red” magazine Women of the Year Awards held at the Skylon Bar in London’s Southbank.

Roksanda wore an edgy dress from her Spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection to the event, which was held in partnership with Clinique and celebrated the achievements of “some of the most inspiring women of our time.”

Roksanda’s self-designed strapless black midi dress featured a sheer overlay with black embroidery and electric blue trim.
She accessorized with a pinkish-orange and silver belt, and a pair of multicolored sandals.

Born on May 1, 1970, in Belgrade, the capital of Yugoslavia from its creation in 1918 to its dissolution in 2006, the London-based designer showed off her feet in sandals from her collaborative collection with Nicholas Kirkwood.
These architecturally-designed shoes feature wide straps in blue suede, neon pink patent, and mint green leather with mirrored toes and about 4-inch curved heels in high-fiber mesh fabric.
