Just hours after People Magazine made their announcement on Tuesday, Chrissy took to Twitter and jokingly penned, “my secret is out. I have fulfilled my dream of having boned @people’s sexiest man alive!! an honor!!!!!”

In an interview with the magazine, John Legend said that he is excited by the honor but scared about the pressure that comes with it. “Everyone’s going to be picking me apart to see if I’m sexy enough to hold this title. I’m [also] following Idris Elba, which is not fair and is not nice to me!”
He follows in the footsteps of previous winners, including George Clooney, Brad Pitt, David Beckham, Richard Gere, Johnny Depp, Dwayne Johnson, Blake Shelton, last year’s winner Idris Elba, and a dozen others.

She was honored with the Giving Tree Award that evening at the 2019 Baby2Baby Gala for her continuous support and work for the organization in providing diaper needs to children in poverty.
“It’s different to be honored for a cause that actually means something because besides from all the jokes and the dumb stuff that I tweet or say, it’s very special to work on something with care, empathy, love, and respect for a charity like this,” Chrissy said of her award.
