In an interview with Daily Star, Una said she drinks a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water in the morning to curb her appetite.
I’ve started having a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water in the morning, which is meant to curb your appetite. I just try not to overdo it and keep my weight between eight and nine stone. I’m 5ft 6ins – I think that’s healthy.

Una Healy has two children: a daughter named Aoife Belle, born on March 13, 2012, and a son named Tadhg John, born on February 2, 2015. She shares both children with her ex-husband, Ben Foden.
