Leighton Meester may play an uppity socialite on CW’s Gossip Girl, but in real life, Leighton is surprisingly low-key and likes to keep to herself.
One of the things she keeps to herself? Her relationship with fellow teen star Adam Brody, known for his role on the 2000s teen drama The O.C.

The two have kept a low profile since they started dating in 2012 after meeting on the set of “The Oranges,” though they publicly acknowledged their engagement late last year.
However, shortly afterward, the two returned to their low-profile ways, opting to marry in a secret ceremony.
Adam, sporting a red hoodie and Nike sneakers, attracted attention in Los Angeles in February when keen observers noticed a conspicuous adornment resembling a wedding band on his finger.
As he exited the gym, seizing the moment, photographers approached him eagerly, ready to capture his response to the burning question: Had he recently entered into marital bliss? With an air of simplicity and without hesitation, Adam replied, “Yes.”
