Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was on hand at Variety’s Power of Women Luncheon held October 9 at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles. She presented the Inspiration to Action Award to Rebecca Welsh, founder of the HALO Foundation.

“It is such an incredible honor to be here today among this truly inspiring group of women,” Rebecca Welsh said.
“Our mission at HALO is to empower youth in the greatest need to become contributing members of their communities, and this event is a powerful reminder that women and girls have the ability to make a meaningful difference in our world and in the lives of others through our actions.”

A-listers Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow were also at the event.

The 28-year-old model stole the spotlight in a flirty but chic Stella McCartney black dress, which flaunted both her décolletage and slim legs.

It features a miniskirt underlay at the cutaway front, a sultry slashed-effect neckline, and a sequined panel on the bodice.

The stunning English model kept her accessories to a minimum with Anita Ko rings and earrings and finished off her look with a center-parted loose updo and flawless neutral makeup.

Rosie gave her 5′9″ frame a boost in a pair of Jimmy Choo “Anouk” pumps. These pointed-toe shoes come in black velvety suede and feature 4.75-inch slick lacquered heels.
