Everything seemed to be going well. Kate was in a beautiful floral gown by Yanina Couture, which she paired with the gorgeous satin “Tribeca” sandals from Brian Atwood that revealed a star tattoo on her left foot.

She wore a beautiful berry lip color and styled her blonde hair down in waves.
Kate posed for the cameras and flashed her smile to the photographers. Everything was going great for the actress.
That is, of course, until she had to go to the bathroom.

Kate uploaded a hilarious iPhone mirror selfie she snapped from the event’s bathroom. In the photo, the actress has the sheer skirt of her dress tossed over her head as she flashed the gown’s built-in shorts to the camera.
