At the London premiere of Balance Not Symmetry on July 25, 2019, Laura Harrier built her look around sharp, minimal footwear—black satin pointed-toe pumps that anchored an otherwise luminous Louis Vuitton outfit.

The shoes appeared to be Louis Vuitton’s “Call Back” pumps, a sleek silhouette defined by a narrow toe, low-cut vamp, and a looped pull-tab at the heel.
On Harrier, the design read especially clean, with the ankle strap seemingly removed, creating a longer, uninterrupted line through the foot.

The outfit itself came from Louis Vuitton’s Resort 2020 collection, a line built around sharp tailoring and slightly offbeat proportions. Harrier’s cropped knit top—cut with an asymmetrical, almost triangular hem—sat just above high-waisted pleated trousers, creating a controlled break at the waist that kept the look from feeling heavy.
That structure made her choice of footwear more important: the clean, pointed pumps mirrored the collection’s emphasis on line and precision. Without the distraction of straps or embellishment, the shoes reinforced the vertical flow from trouser hem to toe, keeping the silhouette long and uninterrupted.
Standing at 5ft 8¾ (174.6 cm), Harrier used the elongated shape of the pumps to extend her natural proportions even further—an effect that became more noticeable alongside co-star Bria Vinaite, who, at 5ft 5¾ (167 cm), appeared visibly shorter on the same carpet.

The streamlined, pointed silhouette worked with Harrier’s height rather than competing with it, reinforcing the lean, tailored direction of her Louis Vuitton trousers.

Although the pumps don’t have the crystal Louis Vuitton branding, they appear to be the same style as the Louis Vuitton ‘Call Back’ pumps below.
We think they also might be the same ‘Call Back’ pumps spotted on Emma Stone, but with the ankle straps pulled out.

Laura Harrier’s satin pumps closed the look with the kind of polished restraint that Louis Vuitton often brings to celebrity dressing: sharp lines, subtle branding, and footwear that supports the full silhouette rather than overwhelming it.
