However, during a recent interview with Australia’s Daily Telegraph, Katie Holmes opened up about what life under coronavirus quarantine is like with her 14-year-old kid.

“I like to keep her out of my interviews, but I will say that this time of quarantine has been such a lesson,” Kate told the newspaper via a video conference.
She added: “Just really looking at everything you have and celebrating the simplicity of making dinner and [spending] that time together. I feel strongly that the power of your own attitude definitely influences those around you, including your children.”
Katie has been raising Suri alone following her split from Tom Cruise in 2012. Since then, she has been balancing her career with motherhood.

In her interview with the publication, Katie also promoted her new film, The Secret: Dare to Dream, released through video-on-demand on July 31.
During her downtime on Sunday, the Dawson’s Creek star ran errands in New York City, sans her daughter.
Katie, who has always had a simple, easy-going fashion sense, opted for her signature style for the afternoon outing. She donned a classic white tee, which she tucked into a midi dark-washed Levi’s denim skirt.
