The female-driven action-packed film follows Kate Beckinsale’s character, Lindy Lewis, a bouncer who suffers from an intermittent explosive disorder that causes her to have violent outbursts. Similar to Jason Statham’s Crank movie, she controls her anger-management issue by giving herself an electric shock using an electrode-lined vest.
“After the first guy she’s ever fallen for is murdered, she goes on a revenge-fueled rampage to find the killer while the cops pursue her as their chief suspect.”
On Friday, Kate was spotted leaving The Ritz-Carlton Hotel following her press tour in the Big Apple.
