“Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power” is a prequel to the beloved J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Hobbit” and “The Lord Of The Rings.”
The series is set in an era far before the aforementioned stories took place, setting the stage for the fight against the return of evil to Middle Earth by a familiar and new cast of characters.
In addition to letting you know how tall they are, here are some of the looks of the female cast members during the NYC premiere:
1. Ema Horvath (Númenórean woman Eärien) – 5ft 0 (152.4 cm)
Ema Horvath, who plays Eärien, the sister of Isildur, showed up to the premiere donning a cream taffeta strapless mini A-line dress.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the average height for adult women in the United States is approximately 5 feet 4 inches (162.6 cm). Therefore, Ema Horvath’s height of 5 feet (152.4 cm) would be slightly below average for an American woman.

The short dress by Pamella Roland featured an oversized bow on the front, and a pair of Alexandre Birman heels completed the look.

Horvath’s character was written for the new series and did not appear in the original story.
2. Sophia Nomvete (Dwarf-princess Disa) – 5′ 6″ (1.68 m)
Sophia Nomvete arrived looking like royalty in a black and white printed caftan. Nomvete, who will portray the dwarf Princesse Disa of Khazad-dûm in the anticipated series, wore a dress from Italian plus-size fashion brand Maria Rinaldi to the red carpet.

Sophia’s bold look was completed by a formal hairstyle resembling a crown atop her head. Nomvete’s role as the dwarven princess is groundbreaking, as the first ever black dwarf to appear in the J.R.R. Tolkien stories.
3. Cynthia Addai-Robinson (Míriel, queen regent of Númenor) – 5ft 6 ¼ (168.3 cm)
Cynthia Addai-Robinson turned heads in a red asymmetrical draped dress by Alexander McQueen. The dress featured layers of fabric held together by a unique pattern of clasps over her chest.

A simple updo and strappy heels finalized her look. Addai-Robinson is set to star as the Regent Queen Míriel, who rules the island of Númenor.

The character of Míriel will be seen for the first time in “Lord Of The Rings: The Rings of Power.”
4. Morfydd Clark (Elven warrior Galadriel) – 5ft 3 ¾ (161.9 cm)
Morfydd Clark, who stars as Galadriel, the Elven warrior in the new “Lord Of The Rings” series, stepped onto the red carpet in Vivienne Westwood.

The look was an all-black corset top and black trousers, completed by black satin pumps. Clark’s blonde hair fell over her shoulders in loose, messy curls.

Clark’s character is integral to the “Lord Of The Rings” franchise, later becoming the Lady of Lothlórien. She is a powerful and beautiful character who is sure to take on a significant role in the new series.
5. Nazanin Boniadi (human village healer Bronwyn) – 5ft 3 (160 cm)
Nazanin Boniadi wore a goddess-inspired dress by Elsa Schiaparelli. Boniadi will play Bronwyn, a village healer, activist, and a new character in the “Lord Of The Rings” storyline.

The iconic look of the image of the eye throughout Boniadi’s dress is commonplace in Schiaparelli’s designs.

The simplicity of her hair and makeup complement the shiny dress and balance her overall look. To complete the ensemble, Boniadi wore Dolce & Gabbana gold platform heels.
