Barbara Palvin and Poppy Delevingne led the style pack at the Elie Saab Fall/Winter 2026–2027 runway show during Paris Fashion Week, with the 5ft 7½-inch Hungarian model and the statuesque 5ft 9½-inch British socialite—both wearing a US shoe size 9—each delivering a distinct yet equally edgy take on the house’s aesthetic.

Naturally, both wore Elie Saab designs, though their looks strayed from the house’s signature formula. Instead of the romantic, ultra-feminine silhouettes and opulent fabrics that have long defined the label, their outfits embraced a sharper, more modern attitude and a subtle rebellious edge.

Let’s take a closer look at what they wore.

Barbara Palvin Embraces the Snakeskin Shoe Trend in Elie Saab Python Heels and Matching Trench

Barbara Palvin Sprouse went the wild route at the Elie Saab Fall/Winter 2026–2027 show, stepping out in a head-turning python look.

Animal print shoes have been everywhere during the 2026 fashion season—from Rei Ami’s icy leopard thigh-high boots at the Pre-Grammy Gala to Olivia Palermo’s sleek snakeskin boots at the Altuzarra Fall/Winter 2026 show and Constance Zimmer’s gator-embossed ankle boots in New York, making Barbara Palvin’s python sandals a perfectly on-trend choice for the Elie Saab runway.

The Hungarian model slipped into a pair of snakeskin python sandals with a high-cut vamp, peep toes, and slim ankle straps that wrapped neatly around her ankles. The wooden heels gave her model frame a little extra height, while the cutout sides showed the shape of her feet.

Since she wore black tights, the details weren’t fully visible, but the contrast actually made the snakeskin texture stand out even more and gave the whole look a slightly edgier feel.

Her shoes matched seamlessly with her belted trench coat, crafted in the same python print. The coat featured classic trench elements, such as epaulets, a storm flap, and a buttoned front. The high neck, broad shoulders, and long sleeves with cuff straps gave the outerwear structure, while a coordinating python belt with a buckle cinched her waist beautifully.

Palvin kept everything else relaxed and minimal. Her hair fell naturally over her shoulders, finished with a few earrings and rings that added just the right touch of polish.

Poppy Delevingne Commands Attention in Croc-Embossed Over-the-Knee Boots and Leather Ensemble

Poppy Delevingne, the sister of Cara Delevingne, went for a striking all-black look at the Elie Saab Fall/Winter 2026–2027 show.

Her outfit felt effortlessly cool, but what caught my eye were her black croc-embossed over-the-knee boots. They had a glossy finish that gave Poppy’s look a polished feel.

The shafts were slightly slouchy, which made the boots look a bit more relaxed, and they also featured a side zip for easy slip-on. Almond-shaped toes and cone-shaped tapered heels completed the design, adding some height while keeping the overall silhouette sleek.

Poppy styled the over-the-knee boots with a black leather pencil skirt that hit just above the knee, creating a sharp, streamlined silhouette. The fitted shape worked perfectly with the tall boots, giving the outfit that sleek Paris Fashion Week vibe.

On top, she wore a black high-necked leather jacket with a single-breasted fastening and long sleeves. The jacket also featured a tonal leather belt with a buckle that cinched the waist, adding structure and definition to the outfit.

Poppy skipped jewelry, letting the leather textures do the talking. Her blonde hair was tucked into the jacket, with a few loose strands softly framing her face.
