We don’t often see celebrities wearing extra bright and painfully glaring scarves around their necks, so seeing one is worth writing about. These pictures were taken while Gwen Stefani was spotted dropping off her kids at school a few days ago.
We can’t say we love the outfit, but that scarf is worth looking at.
