Like many of the previous celebrities, Nieves Alvarez exposed nude underwear in her Elie Saab Fall 2016 Couture gown. The Spanish model also exposed skin-colored nipple pasties through the sheer bodice with bird and sequined embellishments that were not placed strategically enough.
