Ana de Armas channeled Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe as she promoted her highly anticipated film, Blonde. She gave subtle nods to the beloved star in three Louis Vuitton looks at this year’s Venice International Film Festival.

The 34-year-old actress stars as the iconic figure in the movie, which presents a fictionalized version of the life of Marilyn Monroe.

There were issues with Ana’s Cuban accent when the trailer dropped, but no one can deny her uncanny resemblance to the blonde bombshell.

In fact, the film earned an outstanding 14-minute standing ovation after it premiered at the Venice Film Festival.

Director Andrew Dominik and producer Brad Pitt looked pleased with the audience’s reaction, and the cast couldn’t help but shed tears in appreciation.

To promote the film, Ana de Armas turned to the luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton. She previously graced several red carpets clad in Louis Vuitton to attend events such as the No Time to Die premiere and The Gray Man promotional tour.

During her stay in Venice for the film festival, Ana paraded in different looks with subtle nods to Marilyn Monroe.

1. Pretty in Pink Custom Louis Vuitton

The Cuban actress stunned at the premiere of Blonde in a custom pink Louis Vuitton gown. It resembled the iconic pink dress that Marilyn Monroe wore in the musical Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.

Her gorgeous gown featured a halter top with a plunging neckline and a hand-pleated mousseline skirt with a floor-sweeping hem.

Ana’s beauty look consisted of minimal makeup and side-swept, old Hollywood glam waves to keep the focus on her dress.

Proving that “diamonds are a girl’s best friend,” she finished her look with stunning jewelry, including a statement necklace.

2. Exuding Sultry Elegance in Louis Vuitton and Giuseppe Zanotti

Earlier that day, Ana attended the Blonde photocall in an all-black ensemble that oozed sensual elegance.

She wore a bustier top under a Louis Vuitton boucle wool jacket with a boxy silhouette, multiple zipped detailing, and graphic monogram lining. Ana paired it with the Louis Vuitton boucle wool mini skirt with side pockets and a simple silhouette.

To finish off her look, Ana wore the Symonne mules from Giuseppe Zanotti.
