Ankle-strap sandals ruled the purple carpet at the “Avengers: Infinity War” premiere.
Surprisingly, only Jennifer Connelly and Pom Klementieff opted to pass on the ankle-strap sandal trend at the event. Scarlett Johansson led the way, but the eight other heroines from the Marvel Cinematic Universe looked fierce in their strappy heels at the premiere as well.

2. Zoe Saldana in Jimmy Choo ‘Max’ black-satin platform sandals.
Zoe Saldana opted to wear the platform Jimmy Choo “Max” heels with her Givenchy Fall 2018 look. The 39-year-old actress, who plays green-skinned assassin Gamora, donned a deep-v white-satin blouse with a black-satin bow in front, black semi-flared pants and Jared Lehr jewelry.

3. Elizabeth Olsen in Jimmy Choo ‘Misty’ black-velvet sandals.
Elizabeth Olsen also went the Jimmy Choo route in the platform-less, black velvet version of the “Misty” sandals. The Scarlet Witch actress went for drama in an Oscar de la Renta black lace bustier and black ankle-length pants with a long, black-satin train extending from the waist wrap.

4. Danai Gurira in glittery, red Jimmy Choo ankle-strap sandals.
Danai Gurira rounded out the Jimmy Choo–clad Marvel ladies in a glittery, red pair that she’d let peek out every now and then from underneath her busty Zuhair Murad Spring 2018 embellished gown. The Dora Milaje general completed her elegant red ensemble with fuchsia lipstick, silver starburst earrings and a custom wig by celebrity barber and hairstylist Vernon Scott.
