There is no doubt that Bella Hadid has become the talk of the fashion town this time around now that big sister Gigi Hadid has stepped down from her Paris Fashion Week reign.

After making headlines for closing Fendi and having Alexandre Vauthier customize a gown to her liking as a part of the runway show, Bella turned heads with an amazing Givenchy dress that she wore to the Vogue Paris Foundation Gala.

Bella’s Givenchy dress looked completely opaque in broad daylight but turned translucent in low light. The mesh dress is embellished with transparent scales made to look like water by following the wearer’s movement.
The younger Hadid styled her dress with a cream clutch and ankle strap sandals — both also from Givenchy.

Bella took a particular liking to the back of the dress, which showed off her feminine curves. The dress is lined with a semi-sheer material, so we couldn’t tell if those camera flashes caught a hint of skin.
