She headlined the 49th Annual Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest on Thursday night.
Closing out the year 2020, Jennifer Lopez performed her latest single, In the Morning, before the Time Square midnight crystal ball drop.
The Anaconda actress later took a moment to address the viewers and reflect on the year that was.
“2020 is almost over. We made it.” Comparing her Super Bowl halftime performance in early 2020 to her performance at the New Year’s Eve event, she said: “I think about the beginning of this year, being on one of the biggest performances of my life with thousands of people. But tonight, we’re doing things a little differently, and that’s okay.”
“If this year taught us anything, it taught us to be grateful for what we do have… to cherish every moment. We lost too many. Too many,” she added.
Aside from her newly released single, J.Lo also performed her ‘90s hit song, Waiting for Tonight, Aerosmith’s Dream On, and one of her best singles, Dance Again.
Just two days prior to her Rockin’ Eve show, J.Lo was spotted arriving at a studio in Manhattan to rehearse her performance.
The Boy Next Door actress turned heads in a head-to-toe cream ensemble, which included a sweatshirt tucked into a pair of Olivia Von Halle Missy Moscow striped track pants.

To keep her warm, J.Lo layered up in a Wilfred Cloud Puff padded corduroy puffer jacket and wrapped a furry scarf around her neck.
Giving her loungewear look some style, the mother-of-two accessorized with brown gradient-lens Balmain sunglasses and Jennifer Fisher Baby Samira gold hoop earrings.

She also carried one of the most coveted, expensive, and rarest Hermès Birkin bags in the world, the Himalaya Blanc crocodile, valued at over $100,000.
Wearing a slicked-back ponytail, J.Lo stayed safe with a white Aritzia Community sculpted cotton face mask.

She then tucked her pants into her Nike Everyday socks and finished off her look with Alexander McQueen sneakers.
First released in 2016, these sneakers feature pastel pink suede trims and the fashion house’s signature exaggerated soles.
